Markie, CRH is a company in transition. They had 200 redundancies in a "business efficiency program", and 20 executives left due to the overhaul. The no compete clauses are due to end soon, and some CRH clients may be poached.
As with all companies in transition, and with the vast amount of changes here, it remains to be seen whether the cultural revolution will work. Pain first, though, in any case.
