Capital Raising (CR) , commencement of EPCD work and first sale and delivery of products are noted as her achievements.
CR is not exactly an achievement nor do you need to be a topnotch leader/manager to do it.
EPCD contract was negotiated by the previous CEO. Rowena just issued the go ahead!
First sale was announced less than 2 months after the previous CEO left. I highly doubt Rowena had any meaningful impact in that sale process.
So sick of fluff...
