I see the appointment of Rowena Smith is a positive where the company will be shaping up in future. If things go as planned and the business growth to expand, then expecting a new caliber of CEO and COO be recruited to assist Rowena on the strategic plan.
Rowena was COO during DW tenure (since July 2021) and she oversaw and led the team the construction and commissioning of KMP. On her 9 months being CEO, you can browse the company anns and news on media outlet where she has taken us so far. I have no issue with her current remuneration. This also set the bar higher incentivized to Rowena to achieve.
Anyway, congratulation to Rowena Smith. Look forward to see our ASM progress in CY 2023.
