Just to shut down this sort of speculation at the outset...under the coy's 'Securities trading Policy' it states that '...The coy wishes to encourage Restricted Persons (which includes IG - my addition) to adopt a long term attitude to investment in the coy's securities. Therefore, RP must not engage in short term or speculative trading of Coy securities". It's my view, short sales would be covered by this prohibition.
