been watching this one for a while but haven't bought in - agree the market is huge and there is plenty of potential but aside from providing 'Intelligent' HR solutions I haven't found much detail on much of the 'how' in terms of what they do.

But they certainly have a modern tech stack: from a job add:

Does anyone know if these guys are focusing on the recruitment front at all? I only ask because it's much more saturated than once employees are on-boarded market..

If the above is true then this is a competitor:

Along with these heavy weights: Although some of them I wouldn't consider direct competitors beyond being SaaS companies:

    -- ADP
    -- SAP (SuccessFactors)
    -- Oracle

Are all big players in the HR market. The later two sell full ERP solutions.
IBM bought Kenexa in 2012 for 1.3BN (https://www.cio.com/article/2392810/ibm-to-buy-cloud-hr-software-vendor-kenexa-for--1-3b.html)

BambooHR seems to be of a better comparison to IntelliHR though - can't find much about it's valuation, but I suspect in the 100s of millions.
    https://www.bamboohr.com/ - nice site anyway.

    Found these competitors to BambooHR:

All we need is to see 'IntelliHR' trending on the right panel there.

Anyway, I don't hold and I might sit on the sidelines. If there is a CR around the corner then I might consider buying in if it dips further. I noticed these guys are talking about the 75ish clients they have but tbh I didn't reconise any of the names. These guys need an anchor client, like a bank, a big UNI, coles/woolies or a big mining company (BHP, RIO, S32). But all these companies will be very sticky with their existing vendors. Will be tough to land a big one but then companies do like to replace things every five years so it will come, at some point if they make it that far.

In the meantime they have 45 mouths to feed:
