H ACE my impression is that they are very confident and buoyant that they will get the finance. They want it all wrapped up by the end of the year. They are in intense negotiations and discussions with all parties but they did mention the government in particular the discussions, although not mentioned I think stem around conditions and clauses in contracts. On the equity side there are a lot of parties lined up.
