Anything to get back my initial investment (down about 40%) would be great. My main concern is if your main sales base is to restaurants, and many may now be shut due to covid19, then you need to find a new sales channel or market. If this is correct then I would think our inventory of unsold fish will likely increase. Also, leaving then to grow or age in the pens may result in a poorer quality of fish e.g taste and texture of the flesh, so you may be forced to harvest and store.
