The main concern should be that this has been a money sinkhole for fifteen years. Even removing Covid, when Head became CEO the SP was ~$1, fast forward 4 years and before the covid crash it was 72c. In that period they've raised another ~$50m in debt and equity (excl the April raise) and come up with a couple of five year plans. There isn't any apparent reason for the SP to move higher in the short/medium term. I think a t/o at this point is unlikely because any potential suitor will know they only need to wait around while this continues bleeding cash, and let's face it, they're farming fish not reinventing the wheel. They may have some IP wrt to YTK breeding etc, but it's unlikely that they're doing things that can't be replicated relatively easily. (If you had great IP you wouldn't be banging on constantly about how you bought a really cold fridge).

The product is great, the company stinks.
