I am sure he will be well aware of all of the challenges ahead but I expect with his expertise, skills and connections he will get the job done.
My initial thought was he seems to be a good fit for the role and company.
Still a bottom drawer for me until funding is sorted out. I reduced much of my position for other shorter term catalyst opportunities but will no doubt be back in this over the next 3-5 years.
Here's hoping he can bring that substantial shareholder value.
