In my view that's what Babette, x-MP, German domiciled and native is for.
The CEO needs to have experience of getting potash from dirt to product to money, far more important. Whilst it would be great to have a German speaking and native x-potash CEO with proven success through development to production, I'll take a well travelled CEO who's got proven success through development to production any day.... as I assume there's not many of the former in existence
