There’s been no evidence that I’m aware of a takeover for VMY.. all speculation at the moment, unless someone can provide an article or link?

This is just what happens when SPs get beaten down.. people speculate

Agree with the other poster previously that there was no need for Mike to go if a takeover was indeed happening.

My guess is he got the sack because some big shareholders/instos were not happy with his performance.

I just hope there’s no more skeletons in the closest (bad news) that the big guys know of that we don’t.

I’m glad Mike is staying around for 6 months though.. would’ve been a disaster if he just left immediately.

Will be interesting to see what person they can attract to the job. Can’t say I’d be overly keen if the interim CEO (finance guy from the consulting company) gets the permanent job.
