I understand what you're saying. The factor that makes a DYL takeover attractive to me is having the Mulga Rock project in the hands of a far more experienced, savvy operator. JMO, but JB extracts far more value from Mulga Rock than the VMY executive team ever could. I have no proof of this being a reality other than rating JB's skills among the best in the game. For that reason, i see the DYL team being able to extract more value from VMY's assets than VMY could.
