Mate, I'm not trying to 'school' you on anything.

I may have a different opinion. That's cool, we dont have to agree. I'm simply sharing an opinion.

In regard to JT - I (like everyone else) am unsure if A) He's left the organisation, or B) Everything is in good shape.

HOWEVER - from my own research of JT, I believe he's an exceptional operator, and very good at his job. I would be extremely surprised if things were not in good shape currently. I view the risk of things being in 'poor shape' as negligible.
