To add to the WA State Government saying they will approve this mine , timeframe extensions are common and easily done under "Section 46 of the EPA Act 1986" on top of this the State and Federal Governments have a bilateral agreements on permits and the two are a formality , currently legislation is going through to bring that down to one issued by the states.
