If there was truly an issue with mine permitting, and a real risk that Mulga wouldn't go ahead, the largest shareholders would have abandoned the stock by now. Why would they risk their capital on a 50:50 play? The opposite has happened. The largest shareholders are holding, and in some cases, increasing their holding.
The delay in permitting is frustrating, but that doesn't mean that it equates to a low chance of getting the approvals.
