    It's safety first for me these days after being hit with some big torpedoes in the past that wrecked my investment. I now try and dodge them.

    I still expect VMY to obtain the remaining approvals and this could end up as a great buying opportunity for those with a bigger risk tolerance. The CEO's resignation could be about anything.
