This will allow another CEO to take the reigns as VMY gets ready for a financing / production stage.
Seen this type of management change happen often in micro cap -> small cap -> mid cap stock transitions.
It's just a matter of different type of leadership role for a new stage of the company.
Just like a CEO moves on when a start-up gets acquired, and creates or joins another small start-up team to start the process again.
