I know it’s just an interim CEO position, but thoughts on getting what seems like a finance guy from FTI Consulting Corporate Finance, rather than someone from VMY themselves?
Sometimes the interim CEO ends up being the actual CEO later on (guess it depends on whether VMY can find someone for the job)
Just thought it was a bit odd they’re getting staff from a consulting company (the consulting company relationship has only been in effect since May) for the big (interim) job
Would someone like Julian Tapp been a better choice?
Personally I would’ve rather they kept the interim CEO job “in house” with a VMY person, unless no one was qualified enough?!
