I believe December 16th 2021 is the date that “substantial work” needs to be done.

These activities include, but are not limited to:

access road upgrade
ground clearing
main communication tower, communications hut and access road
construction of Kakarook North Borefield
stripping and stockpiling topsoil for Ambassador North
clearing and grubbing vegetation
operational airstrip



Mike has previously said VMY is the one that determines what is “substantial work”, but some have doubted that claim (as it doesn’t make sense for the company to be the ones determining this)

The three WA government approvals are a prerequisite for the work to be done.

so I think there’s quite a bit to do, and it all takes time for machinery, contractors, building, etc - assuming there are no major delays

some people think it’s already too late that the approvals have still yet arrived (was initially expected end June) and have sold their shares

others are still confident and holding
