VMY may struggle to attract good candidates as its a 4 month career gamble. Not a good look on your resume if permits fail as your main asset is gone aswell as all of the money it took to get it to that stage. VMY would then become a NT explorer.
You can only hope someone good has a appetite for risk , same as someone wanting to buy out a company could be a smart or could be stupid.
Permits are the key here and with time running out we won't have to wait long to find out.
