    For all his criticisms LD hasn't raised a single cent for shareholders, decreased our exposure to mature fields and sucked in two partners who are true believers in the Amadeus. That's in addition to lining up and exciting Range with positive cash flow and reducing net debt to zero.

    We're on the cusp of two multi year deals and a FID on a JV drilling campaign and the chair (and probably the 19% block of shareholders) want to argue the toss on 100k. FFS.
