The announcement was very clear. Peter Nathan was all good with the decision. That needed to be stated as many would have expected him to takeover. Given his recent share purchases he seems happy and has high expectations of the new CEO.
In fact the people who interviewed and selected her are all big shareholders with huge vested interests.
