Whereas if its a woman wearing make up, and in a nice skirt, she going to poison the baby or throw it in the river or something because its competition. And then she's going to be mean to the mother to chase her away or bully her to make her life harder.

I think that if you were going to print a person on an infant formula tin, it shouldn't be another women, unless it is a caring helpful old grandma or something. Otherwise it should be a man dressed as a doctor, or a fireman.
