Pure speculation on my part. Share price at significant discount to the last cap raising. Copper price risen in the time. Capi copper given prescribed project status by QLD. Progress is being made. CEO/EMR insider is planning to move on.
This sets up the stage for EMR to take it private. Or EMR allowing another buyer to enter.
