Thanks Peakabouuabau. Excellent summary. Unfortunately, the market has a somewhat negative opinion of AMI. And, as a result, the SP is entrenched at a low value. What to do? How to excise the ghosts of Dargues past? You may recall that the then BoD obtained legal advice to the effect that they were not required to refer the Dargues purchase to shareholders - Geez you couldn't make this up. A total disaster. And regretably the market has a long memory. One suggestion, therefore, is for the BoD to agree to not make any investment over $50M without shareholder approval. (Nominal figure only - praps $30M) I figure that this would give the market more confidence in AMI I'm not sure what would be required to put this in place. An amendment to the Articles or the formation of a shareholder committee? I'm not sure. But it is explicitly clear that Mr Market still does not trust Aurelia. Would like to hear shareholder input on this. But please don't give all that geo's assay stuff that I see nonstop on here. The market wipes their. For now I've left my modest AMI holding to the BoD - bottom of draw - 2 - 3 years. This company will come good. All the best for genuine LT holders.
