Great question! I mean it’s a significant bet even for a guy as wealthy as he.. around $50m to pick up 20% of the company. I would also be interested in at what price he would be a seller. MAC are clearly on the hunt and whilst AMI mgmt may try to knock that deal back for their own selfish reasons I think that’s the destiny here.. even for Mr Brazil himself who would likely double his money and fall from a 20% AMI shareholder to a <5% of MergeCo. Derisks and rerates one of his large investments.
