I can answer this, he had never owned a unit in a body corp before, he thought he could buy into an under performing asset and turn it into a silk purse. 12 months on he would regret it as the board would be doing the we can't, no sorry, can't do that, oh that won't work, the engineer said, the consultant said that can't be done. Basically banging his head against a brick wall. I have said numerous times it is not complicated, drill find, dirt on the ground, process it, repeat. The trained/educated board are not like Brazil he would have natural skills and ability. Brazil probably works more then 40 hrs per week also.
