Maybe it was just always under valued to begin with and people are happy with the new appointment as he is a proven person with the ability to develop mines.. just think about it. he has already been on roadshows.. so maybe investors are liking what they see... Additionally take a look at the orginal top 20 and how tight it is and who the top holder is. If you want stock, you simply have to pay up! At current price you are looking at like an 8m EV for a massive 100+ year "CLEAN" shallow vanadium resource... Feel free to go and chase someone liek QEm who have the largest resource but need to work out how to extract the oil from it... and haven't for like the last 5 years
