TheGermanLad, I think everyone would acknowledge ambiguity in the lease/licence/permitting process for Mt Peake mine site and related infrastructure. What is clear however is that TO approvals have been obtained, EIS approval has been obtained at both State and Fed levels, all ancilliary approvals for routes for power, water, loading sidings etc are at hand. The final step is the MMP required before construction begins. The bigger issue in my mind is the EIS process for the Refinery. Current indications are this process will be complete mid year, however, that will mean filing the draft very soon.
