as depalma also pointed out we got mining leases. So why would you you then write Mining License in a presentation? A licence we are still waiting for. Ambiguity is a nice thing to have if you can afford it. But TNG should be carefully considering what they put out into the world, especially considering the less than professional presentations of the past with the glitches and copy and paste errors. 
So to stay with the facts: we have a mining lease but no licenses yet.
As for the rest, i agree with you, Maxter.
