I'm the same MrPlough. We have some serious players intimately involved in the project. Its only for their involvement that I'm in. If we were outsourcing engineering to the lowest bidder, getting stuff made in a developing country and then fumbling through commissioning ourselves, I would have left the building a while back.
Current state of play has SMS guaranteeing output, KfW sorting out finance which leaves us to sort our green and red tape locally.
