    i think reality needs to set in

    we have 12 months for the refinery EIS to be finalised and for the board to obtain the necessary finance. Its then going to take 12 - 18 months for construction. 

    The timelines are not an issue to me. One the finance is sorted, sit back and relax whilst the Market Cap climbs to 1 to 1.5x NPV.
