Part of the key progresses that PB had ticked off for 2018 at no.2 was..

 "a Strategic investment from Indian mining group - Completed"

How is this strategic? Is it meant strategic in keeping one's job or is it by having sold 10% of a company at bargain basement pricel? (This after saying earlier last year we had enough funds to see us through to finance).

Vimson has been said to be a potential off take partner.?
I like to know if any of TNGs big hitters eg SMS or Woojin were ever approached by RT with the same offer? 
Potentially means diddly squat and personally I don't find this as strategic.
