Think of anyone entering a new role, there will naturally be some lag as the new chairman comes up to speed. He might be well credentialed and even a fast mover however he will need some time in the seat to action and implement. With much progress already underway hopefully it is more of his strategic decision making that will benefit initially.

Max, with you mate, there is a healthy number of key milestones lining up and lets hope John and PB consolidate and align to make them timely and in better interest of its shareholders.
