I have issues with poorly performing management outfits taking exorbitant salaries and giving themselves access to ridiculous performance based rewards, which tend to be obtained by on-market manipulation.
But, I think this current setup is more than fair and Jason has been proving that he’s worth the money and giving a chance (SP aside, which is due to a number of factors).
We’ll be able to assess things a bit better over the coming months IMO, but he’s essentially got a blank slate to work with, which also means accountability for where the company heads to now.
