I am not suggesting that they work for free. I am suggesting that they dont take a wage in cash rather they receive shares as renumeration. At present I dont see how any of the management is worth 200k plus salaries when shareholders have lost their hard earnt money. Lets hope things can improve with their gold project. The zinc project turned to dust.
