I agree, BAPE has taken longer than I had anticipated.
Now that Authier will be a quarry type operation (no processing to spod) with considerable reduction in infrastructure, one would think that will speed up BAPE approval.
Brett also said that all the key stakeholders are keen to get NAL into production ASAP, so I hope this will mean some encouragement from the Quebec government and Investment Quebec to facilitate an expedited approval for both NAL (updated permits) and Authier (BAPE).
