Thanks and no doubt it does get much more complicated.
A serious analyst perhaps might work out their own NPV, but not many traders at this end of the market would bother redoing NPV calcs... particularly when there is so little financial information released that it is pretty impossible to achieve a materially different result. Perhaps if there was a bunch of financial information released but no actualy NPV figure... occasionally you can estimate one.
Most traders at this end would use other methods of valuation such as comparative valuations etc instead...
