all true, but i thought it was stated 6 to 9 months ago noble would back them into a $500 million project, or was that just another big, fat, lie ?

also past management = 1/3 of the current management, and i suspect fairly instrumental in the investment decisions that went so sadly pear-shaped. afterall the current chair could be described as a marketing guru.
