Sadly it's just typical for ASX listed (and other exchanges) companies, especially small companies.
The directors and upper management often have a(unspoken) view that the company is just a vehicle from which they take money from share holders.
It appears this is no different.
They have almost run this company into the ground.
This is why I am getting out of most small cap stocks now unless there is an extremely strong reason to stay in.
