nothing wrong with his salary but if the 6m shares/options he gets have soft performance targets then suddenly he is a lot more expensive to the company than 300k

problem with the broker reports so far is that it is quite clearer they arent putting their clients into the stock and are probably waiting for clarity on funding/stategic partner. So until then the share price is going to continue to fall on low volumes ($1k trade just wiped 18% off the value of the company)

but you have to question the timing of it all though, right in the middle of a strategic partner process and at a point where the balance sheet is significantly stressed. Will be very disappointing to see another placement at 8-10c in 3 months time so fingers crossed there is some substance behind all this
