It would have been better if the hurdle would have been EBITDA or Profit and not revenue or a combination.
All this encourages is higher revenue at any cost. Gross Margin dropped from 43% to 11% between H1FY20 to H1FY21, makes me wonder if products are simply given away to increase revenue (so much for being vertically integrated!).
I would vote no, I am all for PS but it should be better aligned.
