Dan Clifford appears to have been head-hunted by a possibly larger company. Maybe he will next appear as a CEO somewhere. He seems to have done a very good job for SMR and would be perfectly entitled to accept an attractive offer for himself, preferably at a time not damaging for SMR. Given the huge strides that SMR have achieved, and that they have successfully transitioned from developer to producer, this probably is not a particularly damaging event for SMR - though I suspect they could happily have done without it!

What makes you think he got head hunted for another company. Itwas a shock announcement none of us expected it. He seemed to do a great job.
