No big sell off due to Phil’s departure. Shows you this company has enough momentum but now it’s time to attract institutional investors as the retail inflows level out. Also Phil’s addiction to employing excessive staff will hopefully be no more. Times for better cost controls may be in order. It’s a good time to get a leader that can take Aef to the next level
