I think Matriderm is more competition for Integra than BTM and since BTM is mostly (recently) been compared with Integra then Integra probably wins between the two(integra and Matriderm)
BTM is the only wholly synthetic matrix on the market and is going for number one spot. It takes time to substitute a technology (Integra current gold standard)however it is coming for BTM.
