It took DW over 6 months at Medical Developments to appoint a new CEO. And MJ was the interim CEO there as well. They obtained the new appointment for MVP from CSL. Note that there are strong connections to CSL in Poly's BoD. Perhaps there is someone already being lined-up and it won't take as long as it took with MVP?
Regardless, this is an attractive position for strong candidates - it's a company that has been substantially de-risked but with an enormous future for the right person to take credit for.
