With due respect if he wants to cash in and diversify into other assets or blow it on the casino he is entitled to do so. There is a reason why I invest so that one day I can retire and do whatever I want. No one lives forever and he has not done anything to harm existing shareholders. Last time I checked the company is still doing all the right things to maximise shareholder value. The guy has worked hard so let him enjoy the fruits of his labour. If he was in his mid 30s cashing out right left and centre I would be slightly concerned but at his age I wouldn't be too concerned.
