But some thoughts: If Branch has swapped all or most of PPY's debt for equity, then that's a good start and, if he's been in the business of tech development and rebooting struggling companies for decades, he has relevant experience and contacts for this task.

I'm placing an order for a small parcel of shares.

I hope Ramy Azer can now focus on getting the Egypt plant productive and proving the concept because, despite Allan Branch's visions of diversification, the sexy part of this enterprise, the exciting vision and the core business, is still the banana palm idea.
