I feel Miles is much more valuable to Lucapa than what some give him credit for. I would be very disappointed to see him depart although he does seem like the type that will want to see this through to the end.
Big boots to fill no doubt with Stephens pending departure however I’m sure there is a suitable candidate out there somewhere. The sooner they find someone the better considering we are potentially on the brink of some significant company defining milestones.
