I think investors can see through the financials in both projects:

(a) Project is marginal
(b) Even if profitable.... massive dilution will be required at current sp if developed with or without partners

Yes profitable... but cash flows are diverted towards more capex, HO overheads including bonuses and incentives ....with no expected returns to shareholders.
Why am I still holding???...sold significant portion but still holding a few (added to my dog portfolio)... waiting for miracles to happen like major holders waking up and/or change in management.
It seems the market knows this and reflected in sp accordingly.
